A Revolut QR code points at your revolut.me link - scan it and the browser opens your pay page, where the sender picks the amount themselves.

revolut.me/yourname opens your Revolut pay page in a browser or the app; there's no field for an amount, so the sender enters one after scanning.
That's different from a Revolut Pay QR code at a shop till, generated fresh per sale in the Revolut Business app for card, Apple Pay or Revolut payments - this generator builds the reusable personal link instead.
