Invoice with a payment code
One code, bottom right of page 1, clear of the fold line if the invoice gets posted.
This PDF QR code generator places a QR code onto a page of an existing PDF - an invoice, flyer or menu - and hands back a new file ready to print or send. The rest of the document stays exactly as it was; only the QR code you add is new.
Poster, flyer, menu or product shot. It stays on your device.
PDF files, any page size
A PDF is mostly vector: text stays text and lines stay lines no matter how far you zoom in. This tool respects that - it never redraws your document, it only drops a QR code image onto the page you're looking at and saves a new PDF around it.
It's shown page by page in your browser; nothing about the original text or graphics is touched.
Bring in a QR code you already made - PNG or SVG both work.
Position it on the page you're viewing and resize it with the corner handle.
The code is added as an image on that page and a new PDF is saved, entirely in your browser.
This is the detail worth knowing before you upload a long document: the code follows the page you're viewing, and export writes it onto that page only.
Upload a 12-page catalogue expecting the code to land on every page automatically.
Place the code, download page 1's version, then re-upload and repeat for each page that needs its own stamp.
The page picker (it appears once your PDF has more than one page) lets you jump to any page and reposition the code there before the next download.
Keep the code, and the plain border around it, well inside the page edge - a quiet zone that gets trimmed off during cutting is the same as no quiet zone at all. Commercial printers commonly ask for about 3 mm of bleed beyond the trim line and a similar safety margin inside it for anything that matters, including a QR code - confirm the exact figure with whoever is printing the file.
One code, bottom right of page 1, clear of the fold line if the invoice gets posted.
The same code repeated on every page - place it, download, re-upload and place it again per page - so a guest lands on the right link from whichever page they scan.
Bottom band of the page, on its own light strip if the artwork runs dark, sized for an arm's-length scan off a pinned-up flyer.

Bleed and margin requirements vary by printer and press - confirm the exact figures before sending a print-ready file.
No, the original text and graphics stay as they were - only the QR code you add is a raster image sitting on top of that page.
Not in one pass - it places the code on the page you're viewing when you download. For a code on several pages, download after each page and repeat.
No, the PDF is rendered and edited in your browser and only the download leaves your device.
No, it places a QR code you already have. Make one on the QR code generator first if you don't have one yet.
Yes - the tool renders whatever is on the page, image or text, and the QR code sits on top the same way either way.
